What's on the Grill #10 UK Edition

Dinner tonight was a whole chicken...with shins...on the Weber. I added a garlic/butter/rosemary paste under the skin. It seemed that the cooking time was a little longer than usual...so I am wondering about the difference in atmosphere between home and here. Nonetheless, the results were great and in thirty minutes, the bird was gone...literally.
