What's on the Grill #11 UK Edition
Actually, the correct title should be What's in the Oven...the skies opened up this afternoon for the first time since we have been here. The sudden rain forced us inside. None to worry, Zoe and I pulled an old favorite out and made a couple of prosciutto, sage, onion and feta cheese pizzas. I was a little concerned with the dough, because I was not sure how the climate difference would work. Also, I opted to do the dough by hand instead of the stand mixer. Surprisingly, the dough worked out great. So good, that I may try chucking the mixer when I get home (figuratively of course) and go back to working the dough by hand.
To top things off, I used some of the extra dough and made some garlic-butter bread sticks.
