Bob's Performer performed great. Thanks to Bob and Allen and after some short prep, the half rack of ribs with chili barbecue sauce, chicken skewers and pork medallions with a honey/soy glaze grilled up nice. Since this was a party involving a number of different palettes, I went light on the spice. Good thing, because I heard more than one person say they did not like spicy food.
For the main event, I wore my new Weber t-shirt...thank you Mom & Dad. I told Zoe that I was seriously considering rolling the grill out to the street to try and sell my wares to passersby. You can imagine the response that got. Especially when you read the back of the shirt:
