Bourbon Glazed Cajun Rubbed Tenderloin! Up until this weekend, I was forbidden to grill this because it is one of Zoe's favorite things that my Dad makes. It was a one shot night and it was well worth it....but a lot of work. Truth be told, Zoe did most of the prep and I just grilled it. A team effort, that turned perfect. Good thing since it will probably be the last time I am allowed to make it!
