Pizza Night
I cheated and decided to bake, and not grill the pizza. The whole wheat dough recipe I am using does not translate well to a peel and stone.
The pie is a new one for me: andouille, grilled peppers, chipotle pizza sauce and smoked mozzarella sprinkled with basil.
I would definitely make it again.
