Grilled lamp chops on watercress with a honey mustard chipotle vinaigrette.
The hardest part of the night was getting the iced on cover off of the Weber. The chops cooked fast and were great. I just had to stop half way thorough eating and snap a picture. Of course, that probably comes as no surprise to anyone. All in all, an easy and tasty meal.
