What's on the Grill #56
With 60 degree weather today, I knew that I would come home and grill something. Unfortunately, I decided on something fairly easy. It was either chicken or ribs. I don't know why, but I chose chicken...a la rotisserie, of course. The bird was stuffed with lemon and rosemary, rubbed with salt, pepper and garlic and smoked with hickory chips.
