Happy Belated Sake Day

Although I'm a day late to the party, my friend Todd, from Boston Sake, has this incredibly interesting video explaining the origin of sake day and the history of sake's etymology. Todd is a dedicated homebrewer and home-sake-brewer and was kind enough to share some of his beer-sake hybrid with me earlier this year.
