Relatively Wordless Wednesday
Of the three varieties of hops I have growing, the Chinook are by far doing the best. I pulled what will probably be the first of two harvests. Once dried, I netted about four and a half ounces. Now I just need to brew.
When working with hops, a hoppy beer is a must and Sun King Brewing's Osiris hit the spot on a wonderfully sunny afternoon.
Of course, when I set a beer down, who to I find licking her lips in the background?
I would like to think it's the frisbee she spies, but sometimes I wonder...
Of course, not every day has been perfectly sunny. Sometimes it rains, which is why it's important to practice safe temperature taking.
Finally, it wouldn't be RWW without a grilling shot and frankly, there is nothing more visually pleasing than 700 square inches of grilled sweet potato.
Enjoy your Wednesday.
