Relatively Wordless Wednesday: Nacho Edition
In celebration of what is most certain to be a weekend of party food, more or less, of course, loosely associated with the Super Bowl. I decided to start several days early. Tonight was all about nachos.
For these special "party food days," I'm quite partial to cast iron nachos. It's one thing to melt some cheese over chips. It's another to throw it all on the grill and melt it until it is just right.
Add in grilled skirt steak, grilled peppers, grilled red onion, fresh tomatoes, pico de gallo, and grilled lime…and wow.
May your weekend party food binging start out as good as mine.
