Relatively Wordless Wednesday

Fall is in the air and leaves are most definitely hitting the ground. As I opined on Twitter, some spend Sundays cleaning cars, I spend it cleaning grills.

My only quibble with the Sear Grate on Weber's Gourmet BBQ System? It creates the hatch marks for you. My personal foibles aside, it is an awesome surface for grilling steak on a kettle.

Grills and a steak. What's missing? Simple, beer.

Last week we spent a long weekend in Savannah with our travel faithful, Gary & Teri. One of the highlights of the trip was a visit to Service Brewing Company. Started by a West Point Grad, and joined by a fellow Army veteran as head brewer, they occupy this dynamic space just minutes from the historic downtown. Our visit and tour were too short, so I've carried some of their love home. Excuse the Pumking, I could only bring home glassware, not beer. More on this to come...
