Relatively Wordless Wednesday

Like some of my friends off on Spring Break sucking down cheese fries and Twizzlers, I’m taking a different approach to indulgence from home and not surpisingly, it’s on the grill.

When it comes to one of my favorite things to eat AND photograph, the list is short: the bone-in ribeye.
