Relatively Wordless Wednesday
While some may call it sacrilegious, I call it making sure I have dinner. Yes, you can “smoke” ribs on a gas grill. Sure, it’s different, but it’s also 10,000 times better than ribs boiled in water or stuck in the oven.

The best potatoes are small, covered only in salt and pepper, lightly tossed in olive oil, and grilled both direct and indirect in a grill pan. Fabulous.

Then there is my friend, flank steak. This is a work in progress, so it gets RWW status.

Sliced open like a book and stuffed with prosciutto, parsley, walnuts, garlic, and goat cheese, it’s a three-course meal in one.
Every single bite was heaven.

I mean, what is there not to enjoy about that? Unless, of course, you don’t like goat cheese. I’m not going to go there.
Enjoy your Wednesday!
