The Labor Day Weekend
It's Labor Day here in the US, and while we pay homage to the workforce of our country, it's also the final curtain call of summer.
Thankfully, I had the opportunity to close the weekend out properly.

At my house, it means of plenty of prepping.

Plenty of grilling.

And plenty of beer.

Speaking of beer, Oro Negro, from Jackie O's in Athen's Ohio, is a fantastic stout. It's rich, front loaded with a good load of spice, but smooth, with a nutty finish. I loved it. My good friend Eric, who gave it to me, promised me I would want to drive to the brewery in Athens for more. He was right.
I hope your holiday has been fabulous, your grills hot, and your beer at proper cellar temperature. Cheers!
