Stuffed Flank Steak: The Video
Funny thing about goat cheese. Some love it. Some hate it. I am solidly in the former category. I can't get enough of it, which is why I find it lends it aggressive personality so well to these stuffed flank steaks.
Their interesting assembly, bold flavor, and beautiful presentation made them a perfect candidate for my latest Weber video.
Here is my original post for stuffed flank steaks. There isn't much variation from how I originally started to make them, but if your tastes run differently, flank is host to a myriad of stuffing options, so have fun experimenting!
On the production side, the compression of time making a 90-second video is pretty phenomenal.
The hardest part is always the prep. It's one take with not a whole lot of room for error, let alone time for a reset.
Crazy enough, the grilling part is the eaiest.
The response to these video shorts has been phenomenal. Thank you! I'm pleased we will be cranking out more not only on the New Weber Genesis IIs, but the Summit Charcoal and Performer, too!
Note: My work for Weber is compensated. Opinions are my own.
