Quesadilla! Tonight, I had the miserable task of grilling boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Fortunately, they were for these quesadillas....which made it worthwhile. I added some of the chipotle sauce from Friday and a little chorizo I had around. The results were spicy and good. Nice.
