A Night at the Grill

My latest Weber video is something I've often thought about filming but never laid the groundwork to pull off. As the rain poured from the sky a few weeks ago, and I waited for a break in the deluge, I thought to myself, hey, my entire lack of planning makes this look like an optimal time to film!

So, after carefully strapping the GoPro to my head, that is exactly what I did.

Here's my frantic and perpetually moving process I call "grilling dinner." With, of course, a little Warped Wing beer on the side.

As for the food, you will see a grilled bone-in ribeye, grilled romaine, planked potatoes, and planked tomatoes with mozzarella. A true multi-grill meal. Sometimes, planned or not, you just say, go.
