Relatively Wordless Wednesday
It's another Wednesday and that means I get to post pictures and not talk. Of course, that's never really the case.
For starters, I broke out the wok for the first time in awhile.
I've been putting the Weber Genesis II's through their paces. Especially as the night winds down.
While I've been spending my fair share of time on the ground with my grills, last week I had the chance to spend a lot of time in the air...and yes, perhaps looking at other people's grills!
My friend and experienced commercial pilot, Dan, has an experimental "Breezy." And yes, I had to read the "warning."
While I may have had a few initial "whoas," it was by far the most amazing experience I've ever had in the air since the time Gary and I shared Scotch on the way to Key West. Just kidding. Gary bought cheap Scotch.
Passenger Mike, over and out. Enjoy your Wednesday!
Note: My work for Weber is compensated. My life in Dan's hands was a balance of life insurance and trust. As always, trust wins out. Also, Gary still owes me better "in the air" Scotch.
