4 Beers to Christmas: Reindeer Droppings

About every year, usually timed for when Zoe leaves the country, the guys get together for ManNight.  Every ManNight has a theme, a feast, and a lot of beer.  This year we decided to do things a little different.  We invited the women.

As Eric joked, this may be the first and last ManNight they ever attend.

The theme was Christmas, so of course I felt obliged to make it creepy.  Just before the guests started to arrive, I grabbed my nightly beer and snapped a picture.

Tonight’s beer was Reindeer Droppings.  Another really gimmicky “holiday” beer from Ridgeway Brewing in England.  The beer tasted very much like a run of the mill English pale ale.  Thankfully, it’s a style I happen to enjoy, so its moderately hopped biscuity malty taste worked for me.

The hardest part was getting it in my mouth.
