Relatively Wordless Wednesday
It's Relatively Wordless Wednesday, or in this case, Not so Wordless Wednesday. I've had lots going on, yet sadly, not a lot of it has reached here.
First up, just to set the mood, here's a tray of grilled magic.

Online
Next, many thanks to Mikey Kay of Man Meat BBQ for hosting me on his podcast. For an hour, Mikey and I talked all things from around the grill. It was an absolute blast and I'm thankful for the opportunity to hang with him.
About a month ago, I experimented with this:

Steaks directly on charcoal thanks to the writings of Adam Perry Lang...sadly, not a relative I can readily reach out and touch.
While I had grand plans for a post, the fact of the matter is, I'm too busy to make it happen. So, instead, here are some of my favorite shots.

Yes, it was as good and fun as it looks.

Beer
Dayton is an awesome place for craft beer. I've lost count of the breweries we have, but for our size, it's a lot. My favorite, by far, is Warped Wing. Their brewery is an epic makeover of an industrial landmark, their marketing is second to none, and their beer, most importantly, is fantastic. I never get tired of a trip to their brewery. Their view of downtown is one of my favorites.

Grill
Probably my favorite post as of late on the Weber blog has been these barbacoa tacos.

The recipe comes direct from Chef Alfredo Villanueva and my friends at Weber Mexico.

Not only have they been busy translating my Weber posts to Spanish, they were grateful enough to translate this taco recipe to English. I'm glad they did. They are fantastic!

Cider
I'm all about glassware, so I'm happy to have the newest glass from Angry Orchard, The Orchard Glass.

Designed to enhance the flavor of cider, the glass boasts a rounded bowl to collect the cider's aroma, as well as a smaller surface area for the hand to keep the cider cool.

Most importantly, at least to me, the lip of the glass rim makes for an incredibly pleasant drinking experience.

Like I said, I love my glassware. The glass is available online, as well as select bars and restaurants across the country serving Angry Orchard.
Finally, here's a 4 bone standing rib roast. Let's end this right.

With a kick of the coals, that's usually what Relatively Wordless Wednesday is all about.
Here's to your Wednesday!

Note:
Thanks to my friend at Angry Orchard for hooking me up with my new favorite cider glass. It is pretty fantastic.
